Pizza Making Workshop

Learn the craft of authentic pizza‑making in this immersive 3‑hour workshop. You’ll master how to prepare pizza dough by hand and see how to mix it using a home‑style mixer. Our chefs will guide you through hands‑on tomato sauce preparation, followed by a lively classroom discussion exploring additional sauces, toppings, and crust styles. You’ll practice rolling and shaping your freshly made dough, and every participant will create and bake their own personal‑size pizza from scratch.
